1. What Veloum Does
Veloum is an AI-powered outbound personalization platform that helps users:
- Upload their own lead lists
- Research leads using publicly available website content
- Generate personalized email opening lines and/or drafts
Veloum does not:
- Provide lead generation services
- Provide email warm-up or deliverability guarantees
- Send emails on your behalf
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Veloum.
If you are using Veloum on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
3. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring information you provide is accurate
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your Data & Responsibilities
4.1 Lead Data
You may upload lead data (e.g. names, emails, company websites).
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to use and upload this data
- Your use complies with applicable laws (including email and privacy laws)
Veloum does not verify the legality of your lead data.
4.2 Research & Content
Veloum researches only publicly accessible website content for the leads you upload.
We do not scrape private accounts, gated content, or third-party platforms such as LinkedIn.
5. OpenAI & Third-Party APIs
Veloum requires users to provide their own OpenAI API key.
You are solely responsible for:
- Costs incurred through your OpenAI account
- Compliance with OpenAI's terms
Veloum is not affiliated with OpenAI and is not responsible for their services.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Veloum to:
- Send spam or unlawful communications
- Violate anti-spam, data protection, or privacy laws
- Harass, deceive, or mislead recipients
- Attempt to overload or abuse the Service
We reserve the right to limit or terminate usage that threatens platform stability or violates these Terms.
7. Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly
- Prices are shown before purchase
- Taxes may apply depending on location
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.
8. No Performance Guarantees
Veloum does not guarantee:
- Email deliverability
- Open rates
- Reply rates
- Revenue or business outcomes
Results depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Intellectual Property
Veloum and its content (excluding user content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload or generate using the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your usage poses legal or technical risk
- Required by law
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Veloum is provided "as is" and "as available".
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ethereal AI and Veloum shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Veloum constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
